What sets me and my business apart?

My name is Jon Edgar Waller, and I'm the sole owner and operator of Waller's Land Services

I started this company in 2018, when I was 18 years old, and have since developed it into my own livelihood and enjoyment. This is more than just a business to me. I enjoy seeing and having a part in the long term solutions for your project needs. There are a few things that set me apart from many other companies.

1. My company and I are both built upon Christian values. My goals are to serve God, and serve the customer. I wholeheartedly believe I can do that when doing something as simple as grading a driveway, or digging a ditch. It is all to grow His kingdom. With the Christian values, you will always receive honesty and respect from me during all parts of your job.
2. I am the sole owner and operator. So with that being said, you don' t have to fight the chain of command in order to reach me. I handle all of the parts of business. Free estimates, bidding, labor, billing, and quality assurance that the job is done correctly.
3. My education and experience. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. Degree in Agricultural Engineering. Not only do I have a knowledge of agriculture. But I am strongly rooted in farming as well. I am the 7th generation on my family farm, and due to both my education and experience I like to showcase my knowledge and resourcefulness when looking at projects. This also helps me have an understanding that more expensive isn't always better for the customer.
4. Location, location, location.

I've lived in between Hartsville and Lebanon all of my life. I visit both towns multiple times a week. I know the lay of the land and what are common issues with the soils and other things in our area. This has also given me the opportunity to give back to my community in many different ways over the years.
